Owner and Founder

Faye is committed to provide valuable care to all clients’ soft tissue needs and assist with improved quality of movement to enable clients to reach their potential. Faye is a financial member of Massage and Myotherapy Australia and has an extensive background in sport as both an athlete and as an accredited Athletics Coach (Athletics Australia Lev 4 Young Athlete Coach).

This gives her the unique ability to care for clients with her years of experience in sport and in treating clients. Faye completed the Diploma of

Remedial Massage in 2010 and has a University of Canberra, Bachelor of Arts in Sports Administration Degree.

From 2010, Faye worked in a busy Canberra clinic as a Remedial Massage Therapist. During this time, she has completed courses in Myofascial Cupping, Myofascial Dry Needling (MDN), Onsen the Treatment of Pain Structural Assessment and Correction of the Lower Body & Functional Fascial Taping to name a few.

Previous employment includes Little Athletics NSW as a Development Officer & Programs and Services Officer, working with developing athletes and coaching numerous State teams in NSW and education of beginner coaches. Since moving to the ACT in 2007, she has coached ACT National relay teams and previously operated a private coaching group “Todd Athletic Squad” over a number of years with numerous podium results and National

finalists in a range of event groups.

All this contributing to a deeper understanding of demands in sport and Soft Tissue Therapy needs.

Her other areas of interest include being outdoors hiking, camping, fishing, travel and spectating at athletics meets watching her children compete.
